About this service

These terms govern your use of psychological tests and associated services offered at deepanshutomar.in/tests, operated by Deepanshu Tomar ("we", "our", "the operator").

By using any test on this platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

Medical and clinical disclaimer

The tests draw on publicly available psychological research and validated academic instruments (with attribution). However, an online self-report tool cannot replicate the nuance of a professional assessment.

The operator is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical or psychiatric advice.

Freemium model

All tests on this platform follow a freemium structure:

• Free tier: You may take the full test and receive your result summary at no cost. No payment is ever required to complete a test or see your basic result.
• Premium tier: A detailed PDF report is available for a one-time payment. This is entirely optional. The free result gives you meaningful information on its own.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking (as supported by Razorpay).

Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a payment is confirmed and the PDF report has been delivered. Please read the report description carefully before purchasing.

Intellectual property

All test content — question text, result descriptions, scoring methodology, visual design, and copy — is the intellectual property of Deepanshu Tomar unless otherwise stated.

Where our tests are informed by academic research, we provide full attribution. See our IP Policy for details.

You may share your personal result (as an image or text) with credit to "deepanshutomar.in". You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute the test questions, scoring system, or report content.

User conduct

By using this service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the test questions or scoring system
• Submit false information that could be harmful to yourself or others
• Use automated tools or bots to take tests
• Circumvent payment systems to access premium content without paying
• Misrepresent the tests as clinical or medical tools in any publication

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of test results
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your test results
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for loss of data resulting from browser storage clearing, device loss, or technical failures

Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA). Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
